HSBC Bank Egypt has an in-house fully equipped Training Centre based in Mohandessin, staffed by training professionals. All new entrants attend an Induction Course which provides them with essential information on HSBC, its history, values, products and services. Candidates selected as Customer Services Representatives will be given specialised Customer Services accreditation training.

Financial Planning Managers/Officers Training

This programme will recruit and train Egyptian nationals from existing staff and newly recruited candidates, to become fully qualified Financial Planning Managers/Officers. You will be trained to qualify for the Certificate of Financial Advisors (CEFA) qualifications (awarded by The Chartered Institute of Banking (CIB) in the UK) and you will also receive guidance on the necessary skills to become a competent Financial Planning Manager/Officer.
