Telecom Egypt Bond Issue: Financial Advisor for Telecom Egypt EGP 2bn bond Largest - bond issue ever in the Egyptian Market.

Lecico IPO: Global Coordinator and sole Bookrunner for the company's USD 153m IPO. This IPO (2004) was the first offering out of Egypt since year 2000.

Al-Ahram Beverages GDR: Lead Manager and Bookrunner for the company's USD 88m GDR.

Government of Egypt Sovereign Bond Issue of USD 1.5bn: Co-Lead Manager
