Service Charges:

A minimum average balance service charge of EGP 100 per month will be levied if the customer does not maintain the minimum average relationship balance of EGP 600,000 (or equivalent) per month. If this balance is not maintained for 6 months in a year, the service will be discontinued.

The HSBC Premier customer is responsible for all charges incurred for the provision of services by providers, including, but not limited to, physicians, hospitals, clinics, lawyers, ticket brokers, luxury shops and any other entity providing assistance, goods or services pursuant to a referral by the Global Service Assistance Center to an HSBC Premier customer.
