24-hour Phone Banking Service at your fingertips

With the state-of-the-art Phone Banking Service from HSBC Bank Egypt, you can bank when and where it suits you. You can access a wide range of Credit Card and Banking Services ranging from balance enquiries, account activities, money transfer, to rate enquiries, all at a touch of a button.

Phone Banking is free service, reliable and undoubtedly one of the easiest ways to bank. It also offers you added convenience of making pre-set third party payments over the phone directly from your HSBC Bank Egypt Accounts.

You can access both the Credit Card and Banking menus by entering your 16-digit credit card number or your 10-digit Personal Banking Number PBN followed by the # key. Then enter your 6-digit Phone Banking PIN to access the variety of services.

Phone Banking Service offers you:

Banking and Credit Card Account information including:

Balances of your Bank accounts, Time Deposits, Finance Accounts and Credit Card Accounts.

Last 5 debit and 5 credit transactions details done on your Banking Accounts.

Request Banking Account Statements by fax.

Request Credit Card statements by mail.

Transfers and payments including:

Transfers between your bank Accounts within HSBC Bank Egypt.

Make payments to any of your linked credit cards.

Effect Local and International payments on pre-set third party

Listen to Foreign Exchange Rates and Term Deposits Rates, or request copy by fax (Locally or internationally)

Other services including:

Request a new cheque book.

Fixing a new Time Deposits and change maturity instructions.

Enquire about whether a cheque has been paid or not.

Changing your Phone Banking PIN.

Request new Credit Card ATM PIN.

To use the Phone Banking Service from HSBC, just call us on (202) 19007, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you're calling from outside Egypt please be advised that this number is only available through landlines.

Note: If you do not have Phone Banking PIN /PBN, kindly ensure to apply for a PBN by signing our Phone Banking Application at any of our branches.

Alternatively, you can easily download the form from this website through contact us, download center, and download Phone Banking Application Form, sign it originally and send it to the nearest branch.
