How does it work?

• Once you enroll on Mastercard Travel Pass app, you will have 1 complimentary lounge access. To unlock additional complimentary lounge access, you will be required to make at least USD 1 (or the equivalent in EGP) international transaction at point of sale or ecommerce. Each international transaction you make will keep your airport lounge benefit open for 3 calendar months.
• Otherwise, your airport lounge access will be paused if you did not meet the spend condition and if you want to visit the airport lounge, you will have to pay.
• To restore your access:
  
  -Simply make an international transaction for at least USD1 (or equivalent in EGP) at point of sale or online (e-commerce)
  
  -Click the pop-up to verify or re-verify your card details
  
  -Read the spend program details & click “Enroll now”
  
  -Enter your card details for verification
  
  -Once enrollment is completed, you will view your updated entitlements (number of available visits) within 3 to 15 days.
• Starting August 1st, 2025 there is an annual cap of 20 visits (applied until end of 2025 and onwards)

Important:

• All cardholders must re-enroll in the Mastercard Travel Pass app after 1 April 2025 to confirm their eligibility. Supplementary cards are also subject to this spending requirement.
• The entry conditions & facilities of each & every Lounge and the no. of free visits available must be checked by the cardholder on the app before travelling (Children policy differs from one Lounge to the other)  
• Lounges may change and the latest list is updated on the app

*The guest fees will be displayed on the app and will be charged immediately to the Mastercard card on the app and can be changed at any sort of time.

**Access may also be validated by showing the Membership Number on your app. Each cardholder, primary and supplementary, should show their individual QR code to avoid guest charges.
